Competitive By Nature is a non-profit fitness movement started by three college friends from North Carolina A&T. The founders loved fitness and committed to sharing their love for high intensity fitness workouts, especially those overlooked in southeast D.C. Eugene is a 3rd Grade Math and Science Teacher at Ketcham Elementary as well as a member of Omega Psi Phi, Jamil is a Physical Education Teacher at Center City in SE Washington DC also a member of Omega Psi Phi, Randall is a Budget Analyst for the Department of Defense as well as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha. 

 

Competitive By Nature is a brand that aims to change the mindset of the community. They host FREE  high intensity workouts on Tuesday's and Thursday's every week in southeast D.C. They aim to inspire the culture to want to workout and take better care of themselves, while building the community through acts of service and social events to bring participants closer together. Competitive By Nature is more than a name it’s a FAMILY.
